Activities marking the 2023 Yewa Cultural Festival gets underway on Saturday with a Civic Reception and Awards Ceremony where the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, along with ten distinguished personalities will be honoured with various awards.
Other awardees are the Ogun State Deputy Governor, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele and members of the National Assembly representing Ogun West, namely; Senator Solomon Adeola, Honourable Abiodun Akinlade, Hon. Gboyega Isiaka and Honourable Tunji Akinosi.
Other recipients of Awards at the Cultural Festival holding under the auspices of the Yewa People Development Council (YPDC) are the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Management, Festus Keyamo; Minister of State for Environment, Dr Kunle Salako; the Inspector General of Police, Dr Kayode Egbetokun; Assistant Comptroller General of Customs, Olaniyi Alajogun and the Ogun State Head of Service, Mr Kolawole Fagbohun.
