\r\n a non- profit organization whose purpose in general is to prevent social exclusion and promote social inclusion and community strengthening through supporting, developing and promoting UNITY within and among YEWA communities and YEWA based community managed organisations which focus on community development, social inclusion and community-focussed services as well as promote effective development of Yewaland. <\/p>\r\n \r\n
\r\n Preserving our cultural heritage <\/p>\r\n
\r\n The Yewa clan is a multi-ethnic, (Yewa (formerly Egbado)Tribe) multicultural diverse sub ethnic group of Yoruba people located in Ogun State, South west region of Nigeria with an estimated population figure of 1.8 million people spread across the present day five local governments of Yewa South, Yewa North, Imeko Afon, Ipokia and some communities in the present Ado-Odo Ota and Abeokuta North local governments areas of Ogun State. The Origin of the people is linked to the cradle history of Yorubaland of the popular Ile-Ife and Oyo traditions. <\/p>\r\n \r\n
